What is the shipping method?

1. Automatic: After taking the picture, click on the (download) link to download it; 2. Manual: After placing the order, you can contact the seller to distribute it or contact the official to find the developer to ship it.

How long is the trading cycle?

1. Default transaction cycle for source code: Manually shipping goods takes 1-3 days, and the user’s payment amount will be guaranteed by the platform until the transaction is completed or released within 3-7 days. In case of disputes, the payment amount will be extended indefinitely until the dispute is resolved or refunded!;

Can I get a refund?

1. Description: The source code description (including title) is inconsistent with the actual source code (e.g. wrong product);
2. Demo: When there is a demo site, it is less than 95% consistent with the actual source code (except for significant statements such as “not guaranteed to be exactly the same, with the possibility of changes” in the description);
3. Delivery: No reason for refund if not shipped;
4. Installation: Free source code for installation services provided but not fulfilled by the seller;
5. Charges: Prices are inflated and additional fees are charged (except for those explicitly stated in the description or agreed upon by both parties before the transaction);
6. Other: such as hard routine quality issues, bugs, etc.
Note: If any of the above conditions are verified, refunds are supported, except when the seller actively resolves the issue.

4. Without any legitimate basis for refund, statements such as’ once sold, refunds are not supported ‘written on the product are considered invalid;
5. The transaction content agreed upon by both parties on QQ before the purchase can also serve as the basis for dispute judgment (in case of conflict between agreement and description, the agreement shall prevail);
6. As chat records can serve as a basis for dispute resolution, when contacting each other, only communicate with the QQ and phone numbers left by the other party on Qizhuo to prevent the other party from denying their self commitment.
7. Although the probability of disputes arising from transactions is small, it is important to keep important information such as chat records, mobile phone messages, etc. to prevent disputes and facilitate quick resolution by Seven Claws.
