How to get the source code after payment
- Automatic: After payment, click on the (download) link to download the source code file;
- Manual: After payment, you can contact the seller or ICTcoder customer service to contact the developer to send the source code file.
Attention: Payment must be made through ICTcoder to avoid issues such as incomplete source code files sent by developers. After the buyer makes the payment, ICTcoder freezes the funds and waits for 7 days for the buyer to check that the source code matches the description published by the seller before settling with the seller. Therefore, through ICTcoder payment, we can help buyers resolve disputes when there are problems with the order. If the buyer does not make payment through ICTcoder to purchase the source code, it is considered a private act and ICTcoder is not responsible for any issues!
How long is the trading cycle?
The buyer will receive the source code within 0-3 days: manual shipping takes 1-3 days, and the platform will guarantee the user’s payment amount until the transaction is completed within 7 days. If there is a dispute, ICTcoder will make a fair judgment based on the evidence provided by both parties (chat records, email records, etc.) until the dispute is resolved!
Note:
- If the seller’s product introduction and image description match the functionality sent to the buyer, and there are no bugs, and the buyer does not have reasonable evidence, a refund is not allowed to avoid some buyers requesting a refund after obtaining the source code. This is not allowed!
- If the buyer receives source code that is inconsistent with the seller’s introduction, description, and demo, the seller must provide a new source code that is consistent with the introduction, description, and demo to the buyer. If there are bugs, the seller needs to fix them and send them to the buyer. Otherwise, ICTcoder will refund the buyer in a fair, just, and transparent manner.
- If there are any other special disputes, please provide evidence from both parties. ICTcoder will make fair, just and transparent judgments, and provide legal support if necessary!
Can I get a refund?
The source code is the intellectual property of the developer. Once the buyer obtains the source code, there will generally be no refund. However, ICTcoder will assist in handling the following situations:
- Description: The source code description (including introduction, demo, images) is inconsistent with the actual source code obtained by the buyer (such as incorrect product). The seller needs to provide the buyer with the correct source code, otherwise ICTcoder will refund the buyer;
- Demonstration: When there is a demo, it is not guaranteed to be completely identical to the description of the actual source code, and the textual description and images of the source code will be used as the basis for judgment;
- Delivery: If the seller fails to ship or cannot be contacted, ICTcoder supports refunds;
- BUG: If there are missing features or bugs in the source code, the seller needs to provide the buyer with complete and bug free source code, otherwise ICTcoder may refund the buyer.
Attention: Please keep chat and email records during the transaction process. In case of disputes, evidence will be used as the basis for judgment, and ICTcoder will assist in resolving disputes fairly, openly, and impartially!
Purchase Notice
1.ICTcoder will archive the transaction process and evidence of the goods traded by both parties to ensure the authenticity, validity, and security of the transaction!
2. ICTcoder cannot guarantee that the promises made by merchants in statements such as “permanent package updates” and “permanent technical support” will be made after the transaction. Please verify on your own;
3.When there is both a demo and images/descriptions in the source code, and the demo and images/descriptions are inconsistent, the images/descriptions are considered as the basis for dispute resolution (except for special statements or agreements);
4.If the product provided by the seller to the buyer is incomplete or inconsistent with the description, statements such as “Once sold, refunds are not supported” written by the seller on the source code description will be considered invalid;
5.The transaction content agreed upon by both parties on social media platforms such as WhatsApp before purchase can also serve as a basis for dispute resolution (in case of any conflict between the agreement and the description, the agreement shall prevail);
6.As chat records can serve as a basis for dispute resolution, when communicating with each other, only the contact information left by the other party on the ICTcoder can be used to prevent denial.
7.Although the possibility of disputes arising from transactions is small, it is important to keep important information such as chat records, mobile phone messages, emails, etc. to prevent disputes. If there are disputes, please contact ICTcoder customer service for assistance in resolving them.
