5. Authorization Description
1. The authorized source code includes:

2. From the date of authorization, the licensee can use the product source code of the purchased licensed software.
3. The Licensor warrants that the software does not contain any viruses, has no obvious errors, can be used normally under the system that meets the requirements of the software, and the source code is delivered by open source and supports two openings.
4. The authorized party guarantees to provide necessary technical support and after-sales service to legitimate users
5. The authorized software is only for the use of the licensee, such as transfer or resale, the authorized party will not provide technical support and after-sales service and will be investigated for legal responsibility.
6. The licensee is prohibited from disseminating or selling the source code of the software in open source communities such as the Internet.
7. The Licensee is prohibited from using the Authorized Software for illegal purposes.
8. The authorized party pays a total fee of 4888 yuan for the licensor for the authorization of the source code version, and all third-party costs involved in the construction are borne by the licensee.
9. The Authorized Party has nothing to do with the Authorized Party’s use of the Authorized Software to engage in illegal or criminal activities.
