Super Admin
The super administrator has the highest privileges, including asset management, system management, and all viewing and operation permissions for Feishu data.
Asset management permissions
Employee assets: employee organizational structure, employee personal basic information and employee asset information;
Asset storage: existing asset information, new assets, modification or export of existing asset information;
Asset requisition: asset requisition details, add asset requisition records, and export asset requisition details;
Asset borrowing: borrowing details of assets, adding new asset borrowing records, and exporting asset borrowing details;
Asset return: the return details of the assets, the return records of the new assets, and the return details of the exported assets;
Asset Retirement: Retirement details of assets, new scrapped asset records, and export asset retirement details;
Asset Maintenance: Repair details of the asset;
Asset inventory: asset inventory details, add asset inventory tasks, and export asset inventory details;
System administrative privileges
User management: the user’s organizational structure, the user’s personal basic information and asset information;
Role Management: The function of configuring new roles and assigning corresponding permissions to each role. The current roles include administrators, general employees, and asset administrators.
Menu management: the directory structure of the fixed asset management system;
Department management: the company’s departmental organizational structure;
Position management: employee job information management;
Dictionary management: parameter configuration in the fixed asset management system;
Supplier management: supplier information for fixed assets;
Parameter setting: system parameter configuration;
Notification Announcement: System Notification;
Log management: includes login logs and operation logs.
Asset managers have asset management permissions.
