Mini program Supreme Edition can open the knowledge payment function. (Note: Baidu mini program does not support knowledge payment function.)
四、How can businesses use the pay for Knowledge feature?
4.1. Open “Sell separately”
In the Add/edit article pop-up window, you can turn on the “Sell separately” function in the “Knowledge Payment”.
In the Add/edit audio pop-up window, you can enter the “knowledge payment” to open the “sell separately” function.
4.2. Set the “Payment Mode”
Both “Free” and “paid” modes are supported.
Free: Visitors can subscribe to this content for free.
Pay: Visitors have to pay a fee to enjoy the full content.
Note: After setting the “payment” mode, you need to enter the “Management applet – Service – Settings – Payment Settings” to open and configure wechat Pay, visitors can pay in the applet.
4.3, set “virtual subscription”, “try, listen to content”
You can display or hide Subscriptions. Display subscriptions = actual subscriptions + virtual subscriptions.
Audio trial can be set: set the percentage directly.
Can set the article trial: need to manually add content.
Note: Before visitors do not subscribe to the content, they need to have browsing rights on the page to try and listen to the content.
How to set the browsing permission of articles and audio? The following article as an example, audio Settings are the same.
Article – Global browsing permission, can enter the “management applet – Content – article – advanced Settings” setting, the setting will be effective for all articles. Supports “Visibility for all” or “Visibility for designated level members”.
If you want to set the browsing permission of an article independently, you can go to the “Add/Edit article popup” setting. Default: Follow the global browse permission.
4.4. Manage orders
After visitors subscribe to the content, an order will be generated, and enterprises can enter the “Management applet – Content – Management order” to view.
Orders can be filtered, exported, and deleted. After orders are deleted, the subscription records of corresponding visitors are also deleted.
五、How do visitors use the Pay for Knowledge feature?
5.1. Try and listen
Before subscribing to the content, visitors can try and listen to the content if they have browsing rights on the page.
5.2. Purchase content
When the payment mode is “pay”, visitors can enjoy the complete article and audio content after paying for the purchase. (Note: If visitors have member consumption rights, they can enjoy member discount prices when purchasing content.)
If the payment model is “free”, visitors can subscribe to the content for free.
5.3. View the content
After successfully subscribing, visitors can view the subscribed content in My – My Subscriptions. (Note: When admin background content is deleted, visitors will not be able to view subscribed content.)
6. Special Instructions
Knowledge payment belongs to virtual payment, and the IOS side of wechat mini program does not support virtual payment. (Note: The following instructions are only for IOS, Android can be used normally.)
So when it comes to IOS virtual payments, there are three options:
① Close the channel: that is, the payment channel on IOS is closed. The price is not displayed on IOS, and the bottom button is not clickable.
② Change to free: that is, all paid knowledge content on IOS is free, and IOS users can subscribe to content for free.
