4、 The authorized party guarantees to provide necessary technical support and after-sales service to legitimate users
5、 The authorized software is only for use by the authorized party. If transferred or resold, the authorized party will not provide technical support and after-sales service and will pursue legal responsibility.
6、 The authorized party is prohibited from spreading or selling the source code of this software in open source communities such as the internet.
7、 Prohibit the authorized party from using the authorized software for illegal purposes.
8、 The authorized party shall pay a total authorization fee of 12888 yuan to the authorized party, and all third-party fees involved in the construction shall be borne by the authorized party. The source code delivery supports two open source, and the delivered source code has no domain name or IP restrictions.
9、 The use of authorized software by the authorized party for illegal activities is not related to the authorizing party.
